Ok, so I couldn't decide on Harte's costume this year so we went with a few different looks...
1st look: kitty cat burglar (cute concept but needed a mask or black nose and the bling just made her look like a baby rapper)
2nd look: carmen miranda, she rocked this for music class (the fruit hat...key item, kept falling off, it just wouldn't do)
3rd look and trick or treating outfit (ladybug, I think we finally got it right, sweet and cozy for the night)
She loved walking up to the doors and when she got her first lollipop she had a look on her face like, no way this is fabulous, I just go up to the door and I get a treat. I just don't understand how they seriously know that something is a yummy treat even if they have never had it before or seen it for that matter. I am convinced that if she sees or hears something in a crunchy plastic package she just simply knows its a treat. Her favorite phrase is 'bite' and then opens her mouth and goes 'ahhh' waiting in anticipation for her bite of whatever we are eating.
She wrapped up her Halloween night on the porch with Daddy indulging in that bright blue lollipop. A good night for her (and for me after I figured out the blue mouth prints came out of my ottoman).
